SANTUARIO DE LA VIRGEN DEL SOCORRO

Construida sobre la Huaca Chimú "Taska" en 1540, es considerada la segunda iglesia cristiana de indígenas en la Colonia. Morada de la Sagrada Imágen de Nuestra Señora del Socorro y del venerable siervo de Dios don Antonio de Saavedra y Leiba, Deán de orígen ecuatoriano cuyos restos se conservan intactos en una urna de cristal.
